How long does it take to buy a condo in Thailand?

If buying a prebuilt or used condo then there is often a small deposit paid to get an agreement and then the full payment is made before the registration of the property. There are no legal requirements in terms of timing, but it seems normal that from the deposit being paid most sellers expect completion within 30 days
